In the first #ListingTwist of 2013, we took a look at a very snazzy rental property in Dallas listed on Zillow. We know pictures are worth 1000 words, and this listing photo proves that rule. But without a solid listing title, this perfect photo would go unseen! So for the one-two punch of a perfect photo with a great title, Brent Ferguson had a great suggestion. For a listing title to go with this well-staged property?s photo, Ferguson volunteered, ?Ring in the New Year at Bell Park.? Seasonal works when this property looks like it might be worthy of hosting a very classy New Year?s event.
Over to?the Twitterverse, one of your favorite tweets so far in January was about loyalty. We asked agents to show their agreement by retweeting the statement, ?Loyalty is a quality that makes a great rental agent.? The community was happy to oblige: There are so many aspects to the field of rental real estate where loyalty comes into play: with clients, with contractors, with tenants, with business associates, etc. We see the community showing such enthusiasm about loyalty.

Blogging is a great way to get found by leads and clients, but rental pros have to be sure to write the proper content on their blogs.
